Other TPCs work claims using a traditional, single source approach. That just wasn't good enough for Signature Performance. We developed a state-of-the-art electronic database which exponentially improves upon traditional services (such as phone interviews, letters, OHI hotline, etc.), helping to identify thousands of encounters that might otherwise go untapped.

With our exclusive system we can compare MTF data to more than 1,300 insurance companies in our database to identify claims and coverage. In addition to identifying a significant population with other insurance coverage, we get specific terms of coverage, which helps us collect more effectively. Our database is continually updated.
