Kate Massey

Kate Massey has broad-based experience in leadership and client and vendor support. At Signature, she serves as the Vice President of Contracts and Compliance. Kate has been with Signature for over three years and also serves as a member of Signature’s Leadership Team.

Before joining Signature, Kate has extensive contracts management experience and trained staff to administer over $80M in subcontract awards under both the DoD TRICARE North and then West managed healthcare regions. These awards entailed administering activities such as claims processing, customer service and call center support, records management, document imaging, software and data analytics, provider network recruitment, and other health insurance (OHI) discovery and validation services. Additionally, Kate possesses education and experience in corporate and regulatory healthcare compliance and privacy. She supports Signature’s risk mitigation, records management, and vendor oversight programs.
