Rick Richardson

Rick Richardson is the Vice President of Capture and Proposal Management at Signature Performance. Rick also serves as a member of the Signature Leadership Team.

He joined Signature with more than 20 years of experience serving both federal and state markets. His career extends beyond leading several large-scale B2G proposal efforts and securing federal contracts. He also found his stride developing capture strategies and configuring plans for efficiently growing state and commercial lines of business.
