Signature Performance, Inc. has recently been named a 2021 Best Places to Work in Omaha award recipient. This is the sixth time that Signature Performance has been recognized with this local distinction. This award recognizes Signature Performance’s commitment to cultivating Associate engagement, prioritizing professional development, and career satisfaction.

“We are honored and grateful to receive this award for the sixth time. Having a purpose that has great meaning coupled with a positive culture helps us to achieve our mission of improving the health of our clients’ business and make the lives of those we work with better,” Allen Fredrickson, Chief Executive Officer and President of Signature Performance, said. “Our team is incredibly intentional about creating an inclusive and high performing culture in which Associates feel connected to our mission and can be the best version of themselves both personally and professionally. The Signature team inspires me daily, as we use our diverse talents and vast knowledge to make a positive impact on reducing healthcare administrative costs.”

Created in 2003 by Baird Holm LLP, the Best Places to Work in Omaha initiative provides a way to publicly recognize and celebrate local employers who foster an engaged work environment and culture dedicated to organizational success. The competition measures levels of employee engagement through an online survey that is administered by Quantum Workplace.

“Our commitment to being a great place to work has never been about awards, hype, or platitudes; instead, it’s a desire of ours to create a place where the best and brightest can together achieve, serve, learn, and contribute every day in service to our amazing clients and the healthcare industry,” Mark Mathia, Chief Experience Officer at Signature Performance, said.  “This recognition is another step towards reaching our highest ideals of what is possible in business.”

The 2021 Best Places to Work in Omaha awards luncheon will take place on Thursday, September 30, 2021, at the CHI Health Center Omaha. The date and event details are subject to change based on CDC guidelines.
