1. Get Started

If you're like most people, you must want it all.

 

Good news - The ALOHA Well-Being Framework will get you closer to having it all in life and in work. Learn more about the ALOHA framework and get started with this short introductory video.

2. Achievement

High levels of achievement can increase confidence and power.

 

And those feelings are great indicators of positive overall well-being. Learn more about how positive actions to support our achievement can increase our overall well-being.

3. Legacy

At some point, you've probably thought about your impact and what you will someday leave behind. 

 

Time spent thinking about your legacy can lead to a greater sense of clarity, pride, and well-being. Explore some of the ways you can leave a legacy you're proud of. and how it can improve your overall well-being.

4. Others

You become the sum of the five people you surround yourself with the most.

 

It’s no doubt that the people we live, play, and work closest with will affect our well-being. Let's spend the next few days being mindful about these relationships.

5. Health

Caring for your whole self: body, mind, and spirit.

 

This is where the elements of ALOHA really intersect. You are less likely to experience adventure, achievement, or to be involved with others if your health is poor. When your health is great, more is possible.

6. Adventure

Act on unusual or exciting growth opportunities outside of your comfort zone.

 All growth happens outside of your comfort zone. How you treat adventure and how you make a place for adventure in your life matters.
