Zach Fain

As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Zach Fain provides oversight and management of Signature Performance's IT Operations, Information Security, and Program Management Offices. Zach has been with Signature Performance for over five years and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

He has over 20 years of experience in healthcare administration and healthcare IT, with a solid background in performance improvement and analyzing technological trends and opportunities to improve business practices. Prior to joining Signature, Zach served as the Director of Community Care Transformation within the Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Community Care, where amongst numerous achievements, he most notably led activities to establish the foundation for the successful establishment of VA’s Community Care Network (CCN).
