Zach Fain

As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Zach Fain oversees all aspects of Signature Performance’s Information and Technology (IT) department, leading and shaping Signature’s IT footprint; responding quickly to technology trends and the needs of the organization, our people, and those we serve. Mr. Fain is a proven leader with strong vision and leadership. He has over 20 years of experience in healthcare administration and healthcare IT, with a solid background in performance improvement and analyzing technological trends and opportunities to improve business practices. Prior to joining Signature, Mr. Fain served as the Director of Community Care Transformation within the Department of Veteran’s Affairs, Office of Community Care, where amongst numerous achievements, he most notably led activities to establish the foundation for the successful establishment of VA’s Community Care Network (CCN).
