David Isaacks

David Isaacks is the Chief Advisory Officer at Signature Performance. Isaacks comes to Signature after a distinguished 20-year career with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, most recently serving as Regional Chief Executive Officer (Network Director) for the VA Sunshine Healthcare Network, the largest integrated network in the nation’s largest health system. He led a $10.7 billion enterprise of 36,000+ employees serving 1.5 million Veterans across Florida, southern Georgia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Isaacks brings a rare blend of payer and provider expertise, including oversight of a $3 billion payer-based plan and multiple hospital networks. His track record in digital health, data analytics, and enterprise transformation directly aligns with Signature’s mission to improve the administrative experience in healthcare and reduce costs for payers and providers.
