Josh Klein

Josh Klein, is the Chief Operating Officer - Federal, at Signature Performance. Josh has been with Signature for over 12 years and is also a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Since 2014, Josh has served as the Program Manager for Signature’s VHA Community Care claims administration and provider management program. With Josh’s 15+ years of healthcare provider and payer financial expertise, he has spearheaded multiple process standardization and improvement initiatives that have exceeded key performance metrics for Signature’s clients. As Chief Operating Officer - Federal, Josh provides program oversight and manages Claims Processing, Client Communications, Customer Service, and Quality Assurance.

Josh’s experience includes ten years as a VA operational leader supporting all VA contracts including VA OCC healthcare claims, First Party Claims Matching and CPAC Accounts Receivable Follow-up. He is expert in health benefit plans, payment integrity, provider management, and claims administration and has a deep understanding of 38 C.F.R. and VA Fee-Basis, Service-Connected Conditions, and Medicare Remittance Advice (MRA) processes. He is a Subject Matter Expert on VA systems including CRM, eCAMS, Joint Legacy Viewer, Huron Workflow Tool, VistA, ECR, and implemented ClaimsXM as a managed service that processes all CHAMPVA claims.
