Marc DuBois

Marc DuBois currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Signature Performance and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Marc brings over 17 years of investment experience in both the public and private markets with a focus on the healthcare sector.

He is a graduate of Princeton University and a proven leader. At Signature, Marc is focused on expanding future areas of strategic growth, both organic and inorganic, mergers and acquisitions, and overall capital allocation.

Prior to joining Signature, he worked for Venor Capital, a New York-based investment firm, focusing on opportunities across special situations (distressed debt / event-driven credit) and opportunistic credit (high yield bonds / leveraged loans). Previously, Marc worked in private equity at Fortress Investment Group and began his career at JPMorgan in the leveraged finance group, helping to advise private equity and corporate clients to raise debt financing.

Marc is originally from Seattle, and also lived in England for several years when he was a child. Marc's recent philanthropic pursuits include serving on the Brownell Talbot Board of Trustees and volunteering for Princeton’s Alumni Schools Committee to interview local prospective undergraduate applicants for admission.
