Rick Pane

Rick Pane is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Signature Performance. Rick oversees the Finance and Accounting teams and serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. He has been a part of the Signature team for over three years. He is an accomplished strategic thinker, adept at moving between strategy and the critical tactical necessities that bring vision to fruition. Rick brings leadership proficiency and extensive c-level experience, including years of board-level reporting.

Prior to joining Signature, Rick was responsible for all aspects of operations at Think Whole Person Healthcare, a 300+ employee ambulatory clinic and Medicare accountable care organization (ACO) serving over 40,000 patients. Rick directed an 11-person leadership team to ensure all annual and long-term initiatives key to the clinic’s financial and quality outcomes were executed. Previously, as Executive Vice President and CFO of World Marketing, Inc., Rick led the selection and implementation of enterprise resource planning software that consolidated operations on one platform with centralized tracking and reporting in 12 months’ time.

Rick has earned a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Colorado and is a strong communicator across all levels of the organization.
