The Nebraska Chapter of Association of Fundraising Professionals represents over 30,000 members in more than 197 chapters in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Asia and throughout Europe working to advance philanthropy through advocacy, research, education, and certification programs.
“Our team at Signature Performance is incredibly intentional about creating an inclusive and high performing culture in which Associates feel connected to our mission and can be the best version of themselves both personally and professionally,” Mark Mathia, Chief Experience Officer at Signature Performance, said. “At Signature Performance, we are committed to cultivating a highly engaged company culture that enhances the overall well-being of every Associate and the Greater Omaha community. Our ARGs play an important role in our commitment to inclusion across race, gender, age, religion, identity, disability, and experience is forefront in our efforts to make Signature Performance a Best Place to Work for our Associates. I am so proud of our ARG leaders and members.”
At Signature Performance, our ARGs are designed to be intersections that connect, support, and empower Associates who share similar life experiences, interests, and goals. Current ARGs at Signature Performance include Veterans, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and Health and Wellness. Signature will also be adding a Women’s ARG in January 2022.
“I am so proud of the work our Associates do every single day. Our ARGs are a fun opportunity for Associates to develop both personally and professionally, while also giving back and serving different organizations within our community,” Dangie Jansen, Development Experience Manager, said. “The inclusion and sense of belonging that our ARGs cultivate is an important component to creating a positive workplace experience at Signature Performance.”
