Signature Performance, Inc. has been named a 2023 Best Places to Work in Omaha award recipient. This is the seventh time that Signature Performance has been recognized with this local distinction, calling out our commitment to cultivating Associate engagement, prioritizing professional development, and career satisfaction.
Baird Holm, LLP, in conjunction with the Greater Omaha Chamber as a sponsor, introduced the Best Places to Work in Omaha award program to Omaha in 2003 as a way to publicly recognize extraordinary employers, to incent other organizations to follow, and attract and retain great talent in Omaha. Like Baird Holm, LLP, Signature puts the same emphasis on knowing that great employers are essential to being a great city.
Signature was founded in 2004 and we are close to approaching our twentieth year in business. Every step of the way, one of the greatest focuses has always been the Associates.

We have taken great care as we intentionally curate the culture of Signature Performance. Since the beginning, we have humbly been known for our excellent workplace culture. Since its inauguration, Signature has been recognized as a "Best Places to Work in Omaha" in 2009, 2010, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2023.

As a firm, we place great value in participating in this annual, local award and survey program. We look forward to this program to learn important insights from one of our most important assets, our associates. As part of the program, Baird Holm, LLP sends Omaha-Metro associates a third-party, confidential survey. The survey responses are heavily considered when selecting the annual winners. The insights learned in the survey effort become available for our leadership teams to carefully review and act on. Our associates' thoughts shared in the survey are now being used to consider what enhancements to prioritize in our firm as we endlessly strive to create a Best Places to Work in Omaha.
