If your background is a match, a member of our Talent team will reach out to schedule a brief phone or video conversation. This is a chance for us to learn more about you and for you to learn more about Signature Performance.
If your skills and qualifications are a good fit, next you'll meet with a hiring manager or team members you'd be working closely with. Interviews may be virtual or in person and are designed to be skills-based and role-focused.
After interviews are complete, we align internally and move quickly. If it’s a mutual fit, we’ll extend an offer and walk you through next steps, compensation, and benefits. If you accept, our onboarding team will support you every step of the way to ensure a smooth and confident start.
