What to Expect: Our Hiring Process

See a position that sounds like you? Start the process by filling out an online application. For the best user experience, we recommend using a desktop computer. Our application process takes about 25 minutes with some roles requiring additional steps and or qualifications.
If your background is a match, a member of our Talent team will reach out to schedule a brief phone or video conversation. This is a chance for us to learn more about you and for you to learn more about Signature Performance.
If your skills and qualifications are a good fit, next you'll meet with a hiring manager or team members you'd be working closely with. Interviews may be virtual or in person and are designed to be skills-based and role-focused.
After interviews are complete, we align internally and move quickly. If it’s a mutual fit, we’ll extend an offer and walk you through next steps, compensation, and benefits.
