Signature Performance recognizes that there are many ways for an individual to approach their work and professional goals. Coaching allows our Associates to dive deeper into how they can best do their job using their unique patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Research shows that individuals who participate in coaching see improved self-awareness, resilience, collaboration, communication, and mental health...while organizations who offer coaching have higher levels of employee engagement, individual performance, and employee commitment.

Maximize Your Coaching Experience
1. IDENTIFY YOUR STRENGTHS
Upon hire at Signature Performance, we invite all Associates to take the Gallup Strengths Finder Assessment to determine their Top Five Strengths. If you have not taken the assessment, please email Dangie Jansen.

2. COME PREPARED
Before you attend coaching, think about a recent time when you felt successful and identify 1-2 goals that you would like to work on. Review any notes about your unique strengths as they relate to your work and goals.

3. TAKE CONTROL
You set the agenda and outcomes for your coaching session.
Tell your coach what you want to address during your session and how the coach can help.
​
​
4. BE PRESENT
A coaching session is time investing in yourself. Be sure to give the experience your undivided attention.
​
​
5. BE OPEN TO GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
Your coach may challenge you to think about yourself or your work in new ways.
Allow yourself to try any ideas that come from your coaching conversation.

6. FOLLOW UP
After a coaching session, let the coach know of any lingering questions or success stories that resulted from your coaching conversation. Coaching is a process, not a one-time event. Set up follow-up sessions when needed.
