After receiving your information, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will reach out to inform you that your offer letter, background check acknowledgements, and position description are available for review and sign-off and will provide the required steps to complete your review and signature.

Benefit Information: Your benefits will be effective at the first of the month following your start date. You will have benefit coverage through your current employer through the end of July, and on August 1st, elected benefits will become effective through Signature Performance should you enroll.

Incentive Plan: Revenue Cycle Management does have an incentive program that you are eligible for based on meeting the metrics/production that have been set forth.

Information on Sick, Vacation, and Accruals: Your original hire date will be recognized as a seniority date and referenced with our PTO accruals. Link to Corporate Hourly Sick and Vacation Information.

Paid Holidays: Signature Performance observes 11 paid holidays annually:
