Signature Performance (Signature) is proud to continue supporting the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and VFMP (Veteran Family Member Program) beneficiaries through our joint venture, Signature Choice III with a recently awarded sole source bridge contract. This bridge contract reflects VA’s continued confidence in Signature and the performance we deliver in support of Veterans, their families, and the healthcare providers who serve them.

“We are proud to continue supporting the VA and CHAMPVA beneficiaries through this important next phase of our partnership,” said Josh Klein, Chief Federal Operations Officer, Signature Performance. “This work reflects our commitment to delivering secure, dependable claims services while continuing to advance technology in support of the VA mission and the Veterans and families who rely on these important benefits.”

For VFMP and CHAMPVA (Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs) beneficiaries, continuity of service matters. CHAMPVA provides healthcare benefits to eligible spouses, dependents, and survivors of Veterans, making reliable claims processing an important part of ensuring families can access the care and benefits available to them. Behind every claim is a Veteran or family member counting on these benefits, and every accurate, timely claim helps ensure they can receive the care they need. Signature remains focused on providing dependable support while continuing to modernize the technology behind these essential services.

Through the bridge contract, Signature will continue providing claims processing and modernization services through ClaimsXM, our FedRAMP® Certified claims processing environment. ClaimsXM combines secure cloud technology, automation, and healthcare expertise to support accurate, efficient claims processing while meeting the rigorous security and compliance requirements of federal healthcare programs.

“Our partnership with the VA is grounded in a shared commitment to serving those who have served our country,” said David Isaacks, Chief Executive Officer, Signature Performance. “We are proud to support the VA’s mission by delivering the secure, reliable claims services that help Veterans and their families access the healthcare benefits they deserve. Every day, our focus is on helping the VA fulfill their mission through dependable service, innovation, and a deep commitment to the people we are privileged to serve.”

Signature’s ClaimsXM is designed to modernize legacy claims environments through automation, configurable business rules, and a secure cloud-based architecture. With industry-leading auto-adjudication rates, ClaimsXM helps reduce manual processing and support efficient claims administration at scale. By combining modern technology with experienced claims operations, Signature can help VA deliver reliable, efficient services to our Nations Veterans and their family members.
