Signature Performance was recently named a 2021 Best for Vets Employer by Military Times. This is the second time that Signature has received this distinction. This award recognized organizations nation-wide and their efforts to recruit, retain, and support current and former service members, military spouses, and military caregivers. Participating organizations were ranked according to several categories including region and size of organization, being a for-profit, non-profit or government entity, and having a spousal care program in place. The survey has been conducted since 2010.
“We place a great deal of value on cultivating a company culture where each of our Associates, Veterans and civilians, can grow in ways they never thought were possible while making a big impact in the healthcare administrative industry,” Mark Mathia, Chief Experience Officer at Signature Performance, said.
One of the many ways Signature demonstrates our ongoing commitment to attracting and retaining Veterans is through our Veteran Associate Resource Group (ARG). With the mission of fostering camaraderie between Veterans and the community, this group of passionate Associates are always pursuing ways to serve, whether it is visiting Veteran homes, participating in Veterans Day parades, or laying wreaths at Nebraska’s National Cemetery. This active ARG group is just one of the ways we help foster community and belonging among our Veteran and civilian Associates alike.
