Omaha, NE - Signature Choice has announced that it was awarded a contract with the U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to deliver claims administration services for its health system. The services will include processing claims from community providers as well as launching a new centralized VA national call center to support healthcare providers, enhance communication and improve the overall claims administration experience.
Signature Choice is a joint venture between Principle Choice Solutions, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business, and Omaha-based Signature Performance, Inc. The two companies have had a long-standing relationship, supported by aligned cultures, values and a shared mission to reduce healthcare administration costs. Signature Choice has also engaged Omaha-based companies HDM and North End Teleservices will provide support on some elements of the program.

Execution of the contract will be supported in Omaha, NE. It will include the creation of new jobs, all to be based in the Omaha area.
