Signature Performance announced today that David Isaacks has joined its Executive Leadership Team as Chief Advisory Officer, effective immediately.

Isaacks comes to Signature after a distinguished 20-year career with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, most recently serving as Regional Chief Executive Officer (Network Director) for the VA Sunshine Healthcare Network, the largest integrated network in the nation’s largest health system. He led a $10.7 billion enterprise of 36,000+ employees serving 1.5 million Veterans across Florida, southern Georgia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Under his leadership, the network achieved historic results, including being named the number one “Best Place to Work in VA” for two consecutive years and earning the network’s first-ever CMS 5-Star hospital rating. Isaacks is nationally recognized for measurable gains in quality, culture, and operational performance.

Isaacks brings a rare blend of payer and provider expertise, including oversight of a $3 billion payer-based plan and multiple hospital networks. His track record in digital health, data analytics, and enterprise transformation directly aligns with Signature’s mission to improve the administrative experience in healthcare and reduce costs for payers and providers.

“David pairs operational rigor with mission-driven leadership,” said Allen Fredrickson, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Signature Performance. “As administrative complexity and cost pressures rise, his insight will help us scale technology-enabled solutions that increase accuracy, efficiency, and user experience across our platforms.
“David understands the payer–provider handshake,” said Karen Hudgins, President, Federal and Enterprise, Signature Performance. “He has led at enterprise scale on both sides, and that perspective will accelerate our growth initiatives, partnerships, and innovation agenda across the federal and commercial markets.”
“I chose Signature for its culture, mission, vision, and reputation for delivering results,” Isaacks said. “Signature is uniquely positioned to drive meaningful change in healthcare administration, and I’m excited to help expand our impact for clients and the communities they serve.”

As Chief Advisory Officer, Isaacks will advise on strategic partnerships, growth initiatives, and innovation strategies. His experience establishing the VHA Enterprise Digital Health Office aligned with optimization efforts and serving on the VA Artificial Intelligence Committee will inform continued investment in intelligent, user-centered solutions.

With Isaacks joining a strong bench of leaders and Associates, Signature is further positioned to deliver greater value for clients, partners, and the communities they serve.
