Signature’s deep commitment to our mission, values, and eight guiding principles of The Signature Way has translated to excellence that stretches beyond our Signature campus. Signature Performance, Inc. has been named a recipient of the 2023 Business Excellence Awards in the area of Sustained Excellence sponsored by the Greater Omaha Chamber.
The award is part of an annual tradition recognizing area organizations in four categories: Leadership, Innovation, Philanthropy, and Sustained Excellence. The Sustained Excellence award is a testament to our strong foundation of Associates who continue to nominate Signature as a Best Place to Work Omaha and lead the charge in improving the health of our clients’ business and making the lives of the people we work with better.
As we approach our twentieth anniversary, we remain steadfast in creating jobs, building community, and immersing ourselves in healthcare excellence. We are proud to forge new paths alongside the Greater Omaha Chamber that will significantly impact the health and well-being of the Greater Omaha area.
More than 70 companies were nominated for this year’s awards, with just 17 businesses identified as award recipients. Those who were awarded were recognized as, “trailblazers who go above and beyond every day,” according to event organizers.

Attributing success to hard work and dedication, we proudly recognize the 17 organizations being honored today as more than just excellent - they are truly exceptional,” said Tim Burke, interim president and CEO, of Greater Omaha Chamber.
The Sustained Excellence distinction recognizes Signature’s devotion to improving the Associate experience through engagement, development, and career satisfaction. Recipients of this award have been repeatedly identified as one of the Best Places to Work in Omaha.
